The Integrative Approach

Why I believe in integration of the mind-body relationship for success in health & wellbeing:

The being is composed of 3 main aspects: body, soul and thought. Research has shown that heaviness in the body will have a negative influence on the thoughts and the soul. Incorporating methods to put the body into relaxation on a physiological level will allow greater depth into the work on creating a life that is desirable and a being that is more able to adapt and overcome obstacles or barriers in many aspects of their life.

All in all, we become more resistant to disorder & disease when we achieve an optimal state of mental wellbeing. This is achieved through many modalities, which are individual to you. As a nurse, this is my “why” of using an integrative approach in Integrative Fitness Coaching.

At Vitality Fit, my mission is to help you achieve your goals in health and wellbeing by providing a variety of tools to give you the confidence to pursue authentic expression and live in satisfaction. I will do this by helping you overcome barriers to sustaining healthy habits and teaching you daily practices in breathwork, Intentional Nature and movement that will transform your ability to adapt to life around you and truly flourish.
