The Vitality Mentality Program was created to help you take your goals step by step to create a lifestyle that sticks for the long run. This is an 8 week program, but not for a short term, quick fix. It was designed to lead you in the first steps of creating sustainable changes for a healthier, happier and stronger YOU.

The Vitality Mentality Program includes 8 weeks of:

  • Resistance/HIIT Exercises x 5 days/week

  • Daily Core/Spinal Strengthening Exercises

  • Progressive Nutritional prompts to leave you confident and empowered to create nutritional balance in your life

  • Self-Development/Time Management Tasks to help you balance the weight of your daily commitments and take your life to the next level

  • Mobility/Flexibility Exercises x 7 days/week

  • Breathwork/Meditations/Journaling prompts

"Trying out Ashley’s program was very refreshing, it was what I needed to get a jump start back into working out. I’m used being in the gym for close to 2 hrs every time, but with this program it was super quick (about 40 minutes) but still felt like a good workout.
